The U.S. Bank Building is located on the Corner of Santa Rosa Avenue and Third Street. You will see the digital clock on the top of the beige six-story building. This is the U.S. Bank Building. (There is no street sign that says Old Courthouse Square.)

Southbound on Highway 101:

  • Take the downtown exit
  • Drive straight 3 blocks
  • Left turn on Third Street
  • Drive East 2 blocks to Courthouse Square (at Third and Santa Rosa Ave.)

Northbound on Highway 101:

  • Take the downtown exit
  • Right turn at the stop sign onto Third Street
  • Drive 2 blocks to Courthouse Square (at Third and Santa Rosa Ave.)

Parking

There is a parking garage attached to the building, and the entrance is located on Third Street. The fee is $0.75 per hour.
